1. Talk when they are free ...because office people are busiest people .
2. Slowly introduce take time . Don't complete entire conversation in one statement .
3. Introduce within 30 sec.
4. Be concise on the message .
5. Be willing to meet with them if they want to learn more about you . Don't be pushy for schedule if they are not interested.
6.Express the appreciation about the company and what you like most about your job . Don't criticize about your job and the company.
Last but not the least in public offices like post office and all . We should first approach the peon level step then to higher officials .
